We offer multiple shipping methods: by Express (DHL, UPS, FedEx) taking 3-5 working days; by Air cargo taking 5-7 days; by Sea (the most economical option for large, heavy shipments); or you can coordinate with your own shipping agent/forwarder.
Q4: How do you handle warranty and after-sales issues?
We offer 1, 2, 3, or 5-year warranties as requested. If any quality issues arise, we will replace the products for you free of charge to ensure your satisfaction.
Q5: What quality control procedures do your products go through?
100% of the lamps undergo testing for quality and reliability, including a 24-hour continuous lighting burn-in test. We re-test all units once cooled down to verify stable operations before dispatching them.
Q6: Do you provide OEM and customization services?
Yes, we offer professional OEM services. Our experienced R&D team can customize retail box packaging and print logos directly on the products according to your requirements.
