Yes, our structure engineers can make CAD and 3D drawings and develop new products based on the requirements of clients. We have mould workshops for punched, injection, and die-casting products, allowing for faster sample production.
Yes, we accept sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed models are acceptable.
It takes 3-5 days for samples, and 2-4 weeks for batch bulk orders.
Our factory passed GBT19001-2016 and ISO9001-2015 standards, and 100% of finished products pass aging tests before packing. We offer a 2-5 year guarantee on all of our products.
For parts that fail under guarantee, we will send free replacements with new orders for small quantities. For batch product failures, we will repair and resend them, or negotiate the best solution together.
