Usually different items have different delivery dates. For normal products, the delivery date for bulk production is around 25-35 days, while samples take 7-10 days.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For normal LED down lights, the MOQ is 200 PCS. We can also make samples for you before placing an order.
How do you control product quality?
We implement 3 QC processes: 1. IQC (we check 20% of each component, matching assembly to verify functionality); 2. IPQC (solving quality issues during daily production and in-process audits); 3. Finished product inspection (inspecting 20% to ensure every finished product is qualified). We can send videos once production starts so you can see the quality control process.
